Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, manage cash and inventory, and ensure a safe, welcoming customer experience. You will drive KPIs, coach staff, handle scheduling, and maintain presentation and compliance with regulations, while delivering world-class service.

You will also support a mobile workforce, participate in safety programs, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incentivizing performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily store operations, including opening/closing, work orders, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals (NPS, Time to Serve, conversions).
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech™ certified and maintain quality installs/repairs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and documentation; assist with marketing materials.
• Provide world class customer service by responding quickly to client complaints/warranty issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
