Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Atlanta. You will support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead the team under the Store Manager, with responsibility for hiring, onboarding, and coaching of associates.

The role emphasizes ensuring customer experience, inventory control, loss prevention, and adherence to policies. A flexible schedule including nights/weekends is required and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3-5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Supervise store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
• Assist with hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and training support.
• Maintain staffing levels and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
• Support merchandising, operational, and visual standard execution.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.
