Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Savannah, GA to support daily store operations and lead a team. You will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate hiring and onboarding of store associates.

As a frontline leader, you will monitor performance, coach staff, and uphold Citi Trends policies while maintaining a safe and engaging shopping environment for customers. Previous retail leadership and flexibility are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
