Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Duluth, GA to support daily operations, lead a team, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role partners with the Store Manager on staffing, onboarding, and development of store associates.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, plus experience in retail management and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store staff.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
