Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handle damaged merchandise, records and loss prevention
• Maintain clean, stocked store and secure assets
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff follow procedures
• Help Store Manager supervise and train Store Associates
• Foster a positive, safe, and professional environment
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation
• Other duties as assigned
