Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and provide excellent service.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays to standard.
• Assist in ordering, returns, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
