Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Ohio to provide access to high-quality goods and improve customers' lives through service and support. The role includes credit/collections, customer service, deliveries, and merchandising with a focus on a consistent, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Credit and Collections: communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily.
Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in accordance with procedures.
Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
