Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires retail management experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel to multiple stores within the district; a 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Strong command of English and customer service.
• Ability to lead and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Model leadership to achieve store goals and training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and training of store personnel.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting strategies.
• Monitor shrink and inventory to meet company goals.
• Maintain safety and business standards.
• Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a friendly environment.
• Assist in merchandise inventory counts.
