KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for store 3617-The Shops at Nanuet-WHBM-Nanuet, NY. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales, managing inventory, and upholding brand standards while fostering hospitality across the store environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
