KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Mall at Short Hills in Short Hills, NJ. You will support the Store Manager in leading a diverse team to deliver a high-touch, customer-first experience across in-store and omni-channel channels.

You will develop associates, manage daily operations, and help meet store goals while upholding brand standards and safety. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
