Duchess is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations and coach a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support staffing, inventory, and shift leadership while ensuring excellent customer service and store standards. This role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service, with ServeSafe certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, scheduling, and basic store systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.

• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away and drive performance goals.
