Collaborate with the General Manager to execute the store strategy, mentor staff, and ensure standards. This role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 30

Qualifications

• A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and team to meet goals.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
