Responsibilities include leading sales floor operations, product knowledge sharing, and community outreach while maintaining brand standards and a thriving, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
