A day in the life includes recruiting and developing your team, assisting in achieving department goals, coaching staff for outstanding service, maintaining merchandising standards, building customer relationships, and helping manage inventory and shrinkage.

Qualifications

• Track record of strong results in productivity or sales.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset for commission-based roles.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience building productive relationships with store leadership and merchandisers.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate your team.
• Assist the department manager in achieving department goals by executing a business plan.
• Ensure salespeople deliver outstanding customer service through coaching and leading by example.
• Work with the department manager to maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
• Build long-lasting relationships and actively sell on the floor.
• Assist with inventory management and shrinkage control.
