Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong inventory controls on the floor.

You will work with the department manager to meet merchandising standards, develop business plans, and build lasting relationships with customers and store leadership. A high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities
