Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service, and team development in Homestead, PA. You will assist with day-to-day store functions and help customers with questions while maintaining a well-organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives related to store activities and payroll/scheduling records.
• Maintain store displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect company assets and follow safety policies.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
