• Plan and execute daily tasks and duties, including coverage in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruit, train, and retain a customer-focused team aligned with company values.
• Utilize company tools to validate team execution of key business functions.
• Maintain Loss Prevention policies and inventory management initiatives.
• Support a safe work environment through proactive safety training and accountability.
