Qualifications

• Availability: Work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for bank deposits.
• Physical readiness: Comfortable with cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
• Minimum age: 18+ in some states; 21+ in others.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
