GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our convenience store in Kewaskum, WI. You will support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service across all shifts.

The position offers weekly pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months, and benefits including 401(k), paid time off, and health insurance. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle cash deposits and banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform cash handling and deposits; oversee store fincials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
