You’ll drive profitability through strong customer connections, coaching, and team development, while partnering with the leadership team to execute brand standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

You have 1–2 years of retail management experience, a passion for fashion, flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays, and a commitment to exceptional service.

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connections.
• Create events to engage the community and build loyalty.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
