LOFT in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture at Garden State Plaza. You’ll lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and engage both customers and associates to deliver exceptional service.

You will also coach teammates, participate in recruiting and development, and use reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline in a regular/full-time role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand’s behaviors to engage and assist customers.
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand’s behaviors to create genuine customer connections.
