You will assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent, and you will use reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline. This role requires a hospitality mindset and technology proficiency to support omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
