Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results.
• Own your division of responsibility: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist Store Director with recruiting, training and development.
• Partner to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for associates.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
