Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with the Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating store staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
