• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the store assets.
• Consult with the Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and train staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per company standards.
