Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with store operations and asset controls.
• Help plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to staff and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to drive profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are met.
• Highlight exceptional customer service per policy manuals.
