Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Act as supervisor in the Store Manager's absence and train staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments to ensure excellent service.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to help profitability.
