The Assistant Manager acts in the Store Manager's absence, driving profitability and high standards across departments while promoting the brand and providing outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks.
• Team player with a focus on customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and help ensure store responsibilities are met.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental standards and responsibilities are fulfilled.
