Qualifications

• Six months+ of management/3rd key experience
• Ability to recruit and develop store staff
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze store financial statements and drive profitability
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with the Store Manager
• Coach and develop store employees and ensure customer satisfaction
• Open and close the store and protect assets
• Monitor asset protection and inventory controls
• Drive profitability through performance and standards compliance
• Communicate clearly with staff and manage training
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager
