Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile Warren is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to drive sales, service, and a superior customer experience in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

You will lead by example, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Store Leader to implement initiatives that improve performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires energy, strong communication, and a focus on growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily for the sales teams.
• Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
