Amtel Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team and drive success for Metro by T-Mobile products. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and developing staff across shifts.

You will Coach and develop your team, recruit and retain top sales talent, and lead marketing efforts to boost store performance. The position emphasizes leadership, reliability, and energetic customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
