You will oversee designated areas, recruit and train staff, and foster a collaborative environment while exceeding store goals and delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with similar scope.
• Passion for our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Teamwork, flexibility and courteous task execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales-floor roles as needed.
