Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by learning about needs and lifestyle.
• Assist Store Manager by meeting sales plans while monitoring service, inventory, expense control, and risk.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market apparel.
• Provide coaching and training to the sales team on selling skills, behaviors, and procedures.
