**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in supervising all team members and business operations, monitoring production, retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping, and quality control. Manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Performs all functions normally performed by team members.
**GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Meet all employment qualifications at time of hiring.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
Stand during shifts, lift up to 55 pounds, communicate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention, work with minimal supervision, and maintain regular attendance.
