Job Description: Framebridge is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. We revolutionize framing by offering beautiful, convenient, custom framing through our digital platform, eliminating traditional hassles and costs. Customers can order online, upload art, or mail in their pieces, and choose from stylish frames. We then custom frame and ship quickly, ready to hang. As we expand our retail spaces, we aim to serve our current customers better and attract new ones.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in retail stores
  • Support onboarding and training of retail staff
  • Enhance operational activities to meet customer experience and financial objectives
  • Use excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and coach staff
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice; train staff accordingly
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure smooth omni-channel operations
  • Address questions and resolve issues effectively
  • Propose innovations to improve the retail experience
  • Ensure delivery of our 100% happiness guarantee

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a store or assistant manager in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven business results
