Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of job-related experience.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products/services.
• NMLS licensing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Oversee daily sales activity with branch staff coaching and huddles.
• Coordinate operational duties, schedule work, and manage vault cash.
• Perform teller transactions as needed and ensure policy adherence.
