Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the branch team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will manage referrals, coach staff on prescribed sales activities, handle daily operations including teller duties, and uphold banking policies. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with travel for onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED education required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry preferred or required.
• Overnight travel for training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products to meet banking needs.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Assist with management of daily sales activity through coaching and pre-shift huddles; monitor results.
• Coordinate operational duties including scheduling, vault cash, opening/closing, and teller transactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and ensure risk management compliance.
