Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in loss prevention or safety roles.
• Understanding of shrink, safety, and store operations.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills and composure under pressure.
• Comfortable with CCTV and incident reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead or join meetings and training on asset protection.
• Maintain a strong store presence by spending most time on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Execute audits and reporting to support asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora in testimonies or court actions if required.
