Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of shrink, safety and store risk controls.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills and safety awareness.
• Familiarity with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead or join meetings and training to reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Execute audits and generate reports for asset protection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Provide support across multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora; testify in court on behalf of the company if required.
