Sephora in Fort Myers is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence; spend 75‑80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism and safety.
• Execute audits and generate reports for asset protection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and licensing.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora and assist in legal matters if required.
