Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, loss prevention, or asset protection.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with teams.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training to reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain strong store presence; spend 75-80% on selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Incident response by de-escalating situations with safety and client experience in mind.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora in court if required.
