• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75-80% on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor & investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism while prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
