Job summary

Sephora Hillsdale, CA is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard store assets and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will collaborate with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies while monitoring activity on the selling floor.

Key responsibilities include leading meetings, de-escalating incidents, conducting audits, and generating reports using CCTV and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness
• Lead/join meetings and training to increase asset protection and reinforce safety protocols
• Maintain strong store presence
• Monitor & investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools
• Execute audits and reporting
• Compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements
• Represent Sephora as needed
