• Detects and resolves internal and external theft incidents

Responsibilities

• Protects store assets and prevents loss by monitoring, investigating, and applying LP tactics
• Identifies opportunities at store level and directs resource deployment
• Tours stores daily to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Maintains awareness of high-risk areas to reduce merchandise losses
• Reviews shrink reports and supports count audits and inventory paperwork
• Collaborates with Asset Protection team and store team for safety procedures
• Supports DST meetings and special Asset Protection projects
