Qualifications

• Detects and resolves internal and external theft incidents.
• Serves as primary contact for safety and security issues in the area.
• Performs daily store tours to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintains awareness of high-risk areas to reduce merchandise losses.
• Reviews shrink data and supports NP inventories and count audits.

Responsibilities

• Protects assets by investigating loss of merchandise, money, and property.
• Monitor stores to prevent shrink and coordinate LP tactics.
• Assist with training needs and deployment of resources within district.
• Coordinate with Locksmiths, alarms, CCTV, and other security measures.
