Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to safeguard store assets across a sixteen-store district in Harrisburg, PA. You will monitor, investigate, and deter theft as part of the Asset Protection team, coordinating with store staff to minimize losses and maintain safe store operations.

You will identify high-risk areas during store visits, implement corrective actions, and support safety programs while assisting with inventories and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset protection or loss prevention preferred.
• Strong ability to identify high-risk areas and reduce merchandise losses.
• Comfort working across multiple stores and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Detects and resolves internal and external theft incidents.
• Tours stores daily identifying deficiencies and executing corrective action.
• Maintains awareness of high-risk areas to reduce losses.
• Reviews shrink reports and assists with inventory paperwork.
• Coordinates with Asset Protection team to deploy resources.
