Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to protect store assets and reduce shrink across sixteen stores in the Harrisburg area. You will investigate losses, monitor high‑risk areas, and work with the Asset Protection team to deploy resources effectively.

Ideal candidates will have experience in loss prevention, surveillance, and safety coordination, with a focus on protecting customers and team members while maintaining store operations.

Qualifications

• Detects and resolves internal and external theft incidents.
• Serves as primary contact for safety and security issues in stores.
• Tours stores daily to identify deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Maintains awareness of high‑risk areas to reduce merchandise losses.
• Reviews shrink reports and supports inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate loss of assets including merchandise, money and property.
• Monitor and protect store assets to prevent shrink within the district.
• Coordinate with Asset Protection team to deploy resources efficiently.
• Assist with NP inventories and related count audits.
• Support training and communication of safety policies.
