Job summary

Lowe's is looking for an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead loss prevention, safety, and operational integrity at a Shepherdsville, KY store. You will work with store leaders to ensure professional, timely customer service while maintaining a secure, safe shopping environment and compliant operations.

The role requires supervising staff, analyzing safety and shrink metrics, and implementing programs for incident response and inventory protection. Travel to nearby stores may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in retail or asset protection.
• Experience supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, directing, training and performance management.
• Experience conducting retail investigations and familiarity with security systems (CCTV, EAS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns for the store.
• Champion initiatives and processes to improve safety, shrink and security outcomes.
