Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required, or a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience (retail or asset protection).
• Experience supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, directing, training, performance management, and recognition.
• Knowledge of safety, hazmat, shrink, and security processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership to ensure friendly, professional, timely customer service.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns for the store.
• Lead initiatives to improve safety, shrink control, and security outcomes.
