Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to oversee safety, shrink reduction and loss prevention at a Lowe’s store in Indiana. You will protect customers and associates while driving programs that improve safety and security.The role requires coordinating with store leadership, monitoring receiving and shipping, conducting investigations, and coaching associates on best practices. Occasional travel to trainings or neighboring stores is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; or high school diploma with 3 years of AP experience.
• Experience supervising employees and coaching staff.
• Experience with safety, shrink control, and loss prevention.
• Knowledge of security systems and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead store asset protection programs and safety initiatives.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns.
• Investigate incidents and respond to safety concerns.
• Coach and train associates on loss prevention.
• Travel to meetings or nearby stores occasionally.
